→ There's no need to rehearse or get it right. Speak as naturally as you can.
→ You don’t need to tell the whole story. Just share the part that stayed with you.
→ Your recording can be up to 90 seconds.
→ Please only share something you would be comfortable having heard publicly, even if your name is not attached.
→ Name and email are optional. You can leave your name blank or share a little context such as London, 32, student, or retired. Your email will not be published and is only used if you would like to be contacted about your submission. Newsletter sign-up is separate.

→ By sending a voice note, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that this is your own story, and that you understand Quiet Stories may listen to your recording and may publish an edited version on its website, social channels, or other Quiet Stories platforms.
→ Your voice may be lightly edited for length, clarity or anonymity, and a transcript may be shared alongside it. Your voice will not be artificially altered.
→ Please do not include full names or identifying details about other people, active legal allegations, or anything requiring urgent support.
